The website is intended as a public information resource for visitors. The Core platform is delivered to each customer under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA); platform terms, service levels, and data processing are defined there, not on this page.

You may not use the website to harvest personal data, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content beyond ordinary browsing or indexing. You may not represent yourself as affiliated with Inly without written consent.

“Inly”, “Core”, and the Inly wordmark are trademarks of Inly Technology AB. All software, designs, copy, illustrations, and brand assets on this site are copyright Inly Technology AB unless otherwise marked. The public brand guide may be downloaded for partner and press use under the conditions stated within it.

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability for paid Services is limited as set out in the MSA.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) unless a binding arbitration clause in the MSA states otherwise.
