Our work


Inrego is a leading force in circular IT in Sweden. They specialize in giving old computers from businesses and governments a new life by refurbishing and reselling them.


Inrego approached us to improve their Recommerce service's onboarding process. In particular, they were looking to target a segment of slightly smaller businesses in the small to medium-sized businesses segment (SMBs). To do so, they needed to make the onboarding process less dependent on sales personnel, and more focused on self-service.

Through an extended design phase where we collaborated closely with Inrego's different departments, we designed a web application that digitizes the manual process. The solution consists of four simple steps: choose a plan, enter product details, select logistics, and enter company information.
